Taking care of a few errands, Amy Winehouse was spotted paying a short visit to a clinic in the Marylebone district of London, England yesterday (November 2). The “You Know I’m No Good” songstress then treated one of the nurses to a delicious dinner at the nearby Fishworks restaurant.
