Looking ever-so-ravishing as she took the stage, Beyonce Knowles gave a powerful performance at the 2009 MTV Europe Music Awards in Berlin, Germany on Thursday (November 5). After strutting her stuff on the red carpet, the 28-year-old tossed on a sexy red frock as she belted out her new song, “Sweet Dreams.” Along with performing, Beyonce is nominated for gongs including Best Female, Best Live Act, Best Song and Best Video. Joining in on the MTV EMAs are Miss Knowles’ hubby, Jay-Z, as well as Leona Lewis, Shakira, green Day and U2.
