Venturing out for a pre-weekend shopping session, Jessica Alba and daughter Honor Marie Warren were spotted out at Target in West Hollywood on Friday (November 13). Joined by a fellow female shopper, the trio of lovely ladies browsed the shops selections while loading up a cartful of purchases - looking a bit tuckered out after their retail excursion.
