After checking herself into the hospital and being treated for pneumonia earlier in the week, Nicole Richie has returned home. Before heading to the Cedars Sinai Medical Center, the 28-year-old had been sick for a week and a half taking to her Twitter, saying, “Ok cold, it’s been 6 days. Lets part ways graciously & keep it moving.” When things did not improve, the actress decided it was time to seek treatment
