Continuing their May-December romance, Madonna and Jesus Luz were spotted making their exit from the Standard Hotel in New York City last night (November 3). The Material Girl and her Brazilian beau looked to be in good spirits following the “Valentino: The Last Emperor” DVD launch celebration. In related news, it sounds like Madge may have a collaboration with “Poker Face” songstress Lady GaGa in the not-too-distant future.
