They’re virtually inseparable these days, and last night (November Katy Perry and Russell Brand were spotted together in London, England. The “Hot N Cold” songstress and her “Forgetting Sarah Marshall” boyfriend both looked worn out as they returned to Brand’s home following his performance at the Royal Albert Hall. In related news, Russell recently told press that meeting and falling in love with Miss Perry has changed his usually-dour disposition.

Ending her weekend with a swanky evening out, Lindsay Lohan was spotted having dinner at Dominick’s Restaurant last night (November 8). Joined by a gal pal, the “Mean Girls” actress looked to be having a marvelous time as she hit up the celebrity-popular Beverly Hills eatery. And of course, Miss Lohan was dressed to impress, sporting a black jacket overtop a grey babydoll dress with black leggings and black boots.
