She’s always up to something, and last night (November 3) Shakira was spotted making her rounds in Berlin, Germany. The sexy Columbian songstress definitely looked to be a bit out of her element, as she bundled up to stay warm in the chilly conditions.

Continuing their May-December romance, Madonna and Jesus Luz were spotted making their exit from the Standard Hotel in New York City last night (November 3). The Material Girl and her Brazilian beau looked to be in good spirits following the “Valentino: The Last Emperor” DVD launch celebration. In related news, it sounds like Madge may have a collaboration with “Poker Face” songstress Lady GaGa in the not-too-distant future.
