Taking to the red carpet, Kathy Ireland turned up for the 82nd annual Academy Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday evening (March 7). Held at the Kodak Theatre at Hollywood & Highland Center, the timeless supermodel was among the first to turn up ahead of the biggest night in Tinseltown. Sure to be quite the extravagant affair, the 2010 Oscars are set to be hosted by Alec Baldwin and Steve Martin.

As the biggest manes in music ready for their night in the spotlight, it has been announced that Lady GaGa will be opening up the 2010 Grammy Awards. To be held on Sunday night (January 31), the “Poker Face” singer will be quite the busy lady - as she’s also one of the awards show favorites with six nominations.

It’s one of the biggest events of the year for the movie industry, and the Sundance Film Festival kicks off today (January 21) in Park City, Utah. As with every year, the mountainside town is already beginning to fill up with a plethora of celebrities eager to see the latest film projects in the pipeline. One of the biggest attractions at this year’s festival is Dakota Fanning and Kristen Stewart’s feature “The Runaways.” Beginning this Sunday, “The Runaways” will be screening at 6:30pm at the Eccles Theater.? They’ll also be showing it on Monday, Thursday, Saturday at various locales.? The Sundance Film Festival wraps up on January 31st.
