As everyone tries to figure out what happened surrounding the death of Brittany Murphy yesterday, it has been ruled that there is no evidence of any foul play. The Los Angeles Police Department has conducted and concluded a preliminary investigation into the “8 Mile” actress’ passing and sees no sign that anything criminal occurred. At this point, the LAPD is waiting for the results of Murphy’s autopsy which is currently being conducted by the Coroner’s office.
